| 通过对2013 年全国范围内的新生代农民工进行问卷调查，对其个人特征、职业特征、社会福利与保障特征以及社会认同特征4 个方面的现状进行分析，并以此为基础建立四大维度变量、两个模型，采用Logistic 回归模型对我国新生代农民工市民化的影响因素进行分析，结合回归分析结果，分析现阶段新生代农民工市民化存在的问题，提出相应的政策建议。 |

| Based on the survey for new generation of migrant workers in China in 2013, the article describes the current situation of them, the survey includs four parts: individual characteristics, job characteristics, social welfare and protection characteristics, social identity characteristics. Then with the four dimensions, article builds two logistic models
and analyze influencing factors of citizenization of migrant new generation workers. Finally, this paper proposes
countermeasures on citizenization with steady steps. |
