      为了探究在棘胸蛙蝌蚪变态发育过程中,饲料的营养水平与水温对其的影响,在蝌蚪30日龄时采用5种不同营养水平的饲料和3 种不同水温进行饲养,测定蝌蚪的体长、体重及变态率等指标.结果表明:饲料营养水平和温度对棘胸蛙蝌蚪变态发育的影响显著。动物蛋白含量最高的I组饲料喂养的蝌蚪于70d左右进入变态期,80日龄时的体重为0.625g;动物蛋白含量最低的VI组饲料喂养的蝌蚪进入变态期最晚,90日龄时的体重为0.553 g。在同一营养水平下,高温VI组蝌蚪的变态时间最短,70d 左右出现变态。本研究结果表明,较高的动物蛋白含量和较高水温均有利于促进蝌蚪的变态发育。

      In order to explore the effects of feed nutrition and water temperature on the growth of Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles, 5 kinds of feed nutrition and 3 temperatures were used to breed 30-day-old tadpoles separately, and the body length,weight and metamorphism ratio of tadpoles were measured. The results showed that, feed nutrition and water temperature affected the metamorphosis of Q. spinosa tadpoles significantly. Tadpoles in group I with the highest animal protein content advanced into the abnormal period, and the average weight was 0.625 g at 80-day-old, while tadpoles in group VI,with the highest plant protein content were the last ones to get into abnormal period, and the average weight was 0.553 g at 90-day-old. Under the same nutrition condition, tadpoles in group VI,with higher water temperature got into abnormal period earlier than those in other two groups, and the tadpole metamorphosis of group VI,appeared at the 70th day. The results show that high animal protein content and high water temperature are conducive to the abnormal growth of tadpoles.
