      从兰属杂交兰绿翡翠组培群体中筛选得到表型突变体8 株,与正常植株相比多分蘖且矮化,部分植株叶卷曲。利用50条随机引物对突变体和正常株进行RAPD检测,结果显示,RAPD检测对突变体检测有效,5条动态性引物的扩增结果都是正常株比变异株的扩增条带多,表明这类变异很有可能是染色体缺失引起的。另外,发现突变体存在个体差异,并与表型的个体差异不对应。
英文摘要:
      Eight high-tillering and dwarf mutants were screened from Cymbidium hybrids‘Lv Fei Cui’, some mutants’leaves were curly. All the mutants were compared and analyzed with the control (wild-type Cymbidium hybrids) by RAPD using 50 UBC arbitrary primers. The results showed that RAPD analysis was useful for the mutants, the polymorphism between the mutants and the control was detected by using 5 primers and the mutants showed more polymorphic fragments,which suggested that this kind of variation was likely to be caused by lack of chromosome. Further, different incised mutant had different polymorphic fragments with wide individual variability.
