| 国家在政策层面上给予了农村土地流转明确的方向和策略，在此背景下农村土地流转迅速发展，然而通过调研发现愿意将土地流转出去的农户仅占调研总体的53%。找到影响土地流转意愿的主要因素，对于深化农村土地改革具有关键性作用。在对河北省11个地市2280份调查数据分析的基础上，深入分析了农民对土地流转的理解、认知与期望，将12个变量构建Logistic 模型，从而找到影响农民土地流转意愿的显著、紧密、一般3个层次的影响因素。 |

| At the policy level, the country has given clear direction and strategy for the rural land circulation. Under
the background, rural land circulation gets rapid development. However, through the survey, we found that farmers who had
willingness to land circulation accounted for only 53% of survey overall. Therefore, finding the main factors influencing
land circulation will play key role in deepening the reform of rural land. Based on the 2 280 survey data in 11 cities in
Hebei province, this paper in-depth analyzed the farmers' understanding, cognition and expectation for land circulation,
and processed the survey data, then introduced 12 variables to construct the Logistic model, to find the influence factors
affecting farmers' willingness to land circulation significantly, closely and generally. |
