| 允许银行以土地经营权作为抵押物向农业经营企业提供贷款，可以较好地解决其生产经营资金不足的
问题。但当前由于诸多因素的限制，农业经营企业以土地经营权抵押获得贷款十分困难。基于经济体有限理性的假
设，构造农业经营企业与银行之间土地经营权抵押贷款的演化博弈模型，分析和讨论不同情形下土地经营权抵押贷
款的演化路径与稳定策略。在此基础上，提出推进农业经营企业土地经营权抵押贷款的对策建议。 |

| It could solve the problem of sufficient funds in operation for the agricultural enterprise as the bank permits
it to use its land management right as collateral for the loan. But its hard for agricultural enterprise to get a mortgage as a
result of many factors now. Based on the assumption of bounded rationality, this paper constructed the evolutionary game
model of mortgage loan between agricultural enterprise and bank, analyzed the two behavior爷s evolution path and stable
strategy under different conditions. On this base, the paper put forward some suggestions to promote mortgage loan on land
management right. |
