      开展罗汉松叶部真菌性病害的调查与鉴定,为罗汉松的病害防控提供参考。 从广 西南宁市良凤江国家森林公园采集罗汉松病叶标本,采用组织分离法尧致病性测定确定病原菌。 通过结合病原菌的培养性状、形态特征及 rDNA-ITS 序列分析, 最终确定病原菌的分类地位。 将罗汉松的这 3 种病害分别鉴定为炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、叶尖枯病(Pestalotiopsis virgatula)及叶枯病(A lternaria alternata)。 其中,由 A. alternata引起的叶枯病和 P. virgatula引起的叶尖枯病为首次报道的罗汉松病害。
英文摘要:
      The fungal pathogen of Podocarpus macrophyllus leaf diseases was identified for the future work of preventing and controlling these diseases. The diseased samples of P. macrophyllus leaf diseases were collected from Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park of Guangxi. The pathogens could be obtained by pathogen isolation and pathogenicity test. The pathogens were identified based on their cultural characteristics, mophological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequencing. The pathogens were identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Pestalotiopsis virgatula and Alternaria alternata. Among them, leaf blight disease caused by A. alternata and leaf tip blight caused by P. virgatula were new diseases on P. macrophyllus, which have not been reported.
