      为了解桉树枝瘿姬小蜂(Leptocybe invasa)成虫对极端温度的抗性,采用极端温度暴露和低温驯化 试验的方法,研究不同季节来源的桉树枝瘿姬小蜂成虫对极端温度的耐受能力。 结果表明:桉树枝瘿姬小蜂成 虫具有一定的对极端温度的基础耐受性,夏季种群比秋季种群具有更强的耐热性和较弱的耐寒性。 冷驯化试 验结果表明,桉树枝瘿姬小蜂对低温胁迫具有诱导耐受性,但长时间的非致死低温处理可对成虫产生冷害作 用。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the resistance of adults in Leptocybe invasa to extreme temperatures, exposure experiment and cold acclimation experiment were used to test the resistance ability of adults from different seasons to extreme temperatures. The results showed that, L. invasa adults had both certain basal tolerance and induced tolerance to extreme temperatures, and compared with autumn, summer bodies had higher heat resistance but lower cold resistance, autumn bodies were contrary. Besides, cold acclimation experiment proved that long-term exposure under non-lethal low temperature may cause chilling injure to insects.
