| 构建国有林区经济效益评价指标体系‘是实现林业可持续发展的基础和保障。 运用 SPSS16.0 软
件、主成分分析方法‘设立 7 个指标评价了 14 个林区的经济效益‘结果表明‘国有林区经济存在效益较差、资金
利用率较低以及资源加工程度低等问题。 最后提出提高林区经济效益的政策建议‘包括进行国有林区管理体
制改革‘提高整体经济效益；利用资本市场合理使用资金‘提升资金利用效率；发展林区资源多种经营模式‘拓
宽资源加工方式。 |

| It is the sustainable development foundation and the safeguard to promote the economic benefit evaluation system of state-owned forest. The seven indicators to evaluate the economic benefits of 14 forest areas were established by using SPSS16.0 and the principal component analysis method. The results showed that the stateowned forest region economy existed poor efficiency, low capital utilization rate and low degree of processing
resources. And, we put forward policy recommendations to improve the economic benefits of forest, including the reform of state-owned forest management system, improving the overall economic benefits; using of capital market to rang funds for improving efficiency; developing forest resources management modes and expanding the resource processing method. |
