| In order to further promote the sustainable development of saury industry in China, we constructed saury industry value chain with four basic activities and seven auxiliary activities based on the analysis of value chain theory. Quantitative analysis showed the present situation of saury industry value chain in the value-added of each link in our country, that the maximum values of saury was deep processing of domestic sales, while saury fishing, pretreating and international trade got less value-added, and auxiliary activities in saury industry had valueadded effect significantly. And this paper propound optimal approaches for saury industry value chain with five aspects like enterprise development, science and technology progress, deep processing, talent pool and leisure culture. |
