      探索木薯器官浸提液对香蕉尖孢镰刀菌的化感效果,为香蕉枯萎病的防治提供理论依据。 分别用 乙醇和水浸提块根形成期木薯地上部与地下部器官获得浸提液,采用生长速率法探讨浸提液不同培养时间对 香蕉尖孢镰刀菌的化感作用。 结果表明:(1)乙醇和水浸提液均对香蕉尖孢镰刀菌的生长有不同程度的化感抑 制作用,且两者无显著差异;(2)木薯地下部器官浸提液的化感抑制作用显著强于地上部;(3)地上地下部器官 浸提液的 50~100 mg/L 浓度抑制作用较强;(4)随着培养时间的增加,抑制作用呈现逐渐减弱的趋势,24h 的抑 制效果显著高于 72~120h。
英文摘要:
      The allelopathic effect from extracts from cassava organ on the banana Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was investigated by growth rate method in the paper. The aboveground and underground parts of cassava organ during the stage of root formation were extracted by ethanol and water, respectively. The results showed that the extracts had inhibition to the banana F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense either by ethanol or by water, and there was no significant difference between ethanol and water, the inhibition effect of underground organ was stronger than that of the aboveground. The effects of 50 -100 mg/L extracts were stronger, while the effect decreased with the time increasing, the effect at 24 h was higher than that at 72-120 h significantly.
