      :诺丽炭疽病是一种常见病害,危害诺丽的叶、果与嫩茎,且周年发病,经鉴定该病原菌为瓜类炭疽 菌〔Colletotrichum or biculare(Berk.& Mont)〕。为了更好地预防和控制该病害的发生,通过对该病原菌进行生物 学特性研究,研究不同培养条件及营养环境对该菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:菌丝在10~35℃均能生长,其中最 适生长范围为24  ~28℃,最适温度为26℃,54℃下处理10…min菌丝不能生长;pH3~9生长较好,最适生长pH值为 5~8;在24…h 光照条件下菌落生长较快,不同光照条件对菌丝生长的影响差异不显著;PDA…培养基中添加不同的 碳源和氮源对病原菌生长影响不同,碳源以木糖、鼠李糖和可溶性淀粉最好,氮源以牛肉浸膏、蛋白胨和甘氨酸 最好。
英文摘要:
      Noni anthrax is a common disease,can harm Noni leaf,fruit and tender stems,can occur throughout the year,and the causal agent belongs to Colletotrichum orbiculare(Berk.& Mont). In order to better realize this disease, prevent the extent of infestation to control it,the paper researched the biological characteristics of the pathogenic fungus and observed the effects of medium,temperature,pH value,light,carbon source and nitrogen source on its mycelium growth. The results showed that the pathogenic fungus could grow at 10℃-35℃,and the most suitable temperature was 26℃. The pathogen could grow when pH was 3-9,and pH 5-8 was the best. Under the condition of 24 h illumination, colony grew fast,different illumination conditions had no significant effect on mycelial growth . It had different effections when different carbon sources or different nitrogen sources were added in PDA,xylose,Rha and amylodextrine were the best exogenous carbon sources for fungal growth,and beef extract,peptoneand,glycine were the best exogenous nitrogen sources for fungal growth.
