| 通过构建“关系能力-知识获取-经营绩效”模型，探讨村民自治组织关系能力对农户经营绩效的
作用机制，在对广东地区208家农户问卷调查的基础上，尝试性地从等级关系能力和市场关系能力两个维度来探
讨村民自治组织关系能力对农户经营绩效的影响，并创新性地引入知识获取作为中介变量来探讨其中介影响机
理。结果表明关系能力、知识获取均对农户经营绩效具有正向影响，知识获取在市场关系能力与经营绩效间起
到中介作用，但等级关系能力仅能通过显性知识的获取来促进农户经营绩效的提升。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| In order to explore the mechanism that how the relational competence of villagers’ autonomousorganization affects the farmers’ operating performance，the paper established a“ Relational competence-Knowledgeacquisition-Performance” mode，and made an empirical research through the questionnaire survey about 208 farmersin Guangdong area. We tried to explore the influences of relational competence of villager’s autonomous organizationon operating performance of farmers both in the dimension of hierarchical relational competence and market relationalcompetence. And with the innovative introduction of knowledge acquisition as intervening variable，we explored themechanism of its effects. The results showed that both the relational competence and the knowledge acquisition hadpositively effects on the farmers’ operating performance. Knowledge acquisition played an intermediary role in marketrelational competence and operating performance，but the hierarchical relational competence could only promote farmers'management performance through explicit knowledge. |
