| 利用灰色关联度方法测度和综合评价影响新疆特色果品产业可持续发展的制约因素及大小。通过在
小样本、动态性数据处理中具有优势的灰色关联度分析法，利用2004—2013年新疆特色果品产业相关数据测度
出影响新疆特色果品产业制约因素为果园面积> 用水总量> 受灾面积> 从业人员> 农业机械总动力> 化肥使
用量>财政支农金额> 农村用电量> 农村拥有拖拉机数量>民用载货汽车量> 公路里程…> 农药使用量。同时，
利用优化的灰色预测系统GM（1，1）对新疆的果品生产进行了预测。最后结合影响新疆特色果品产业可持续发展
的相关因素，提出了可持续发展的对策建议。 |

| By the gray related degree method，this paper measured and comprehensively evaluated the constraintsaffecting sustainable development of fruit industry in Xinjiang. And through beneficial grey related degrees analysis insmall sample and dynamic data，using related data of fruit industry in Xinjiang during 2004-2013，constraints affectingfruit industry in Xinjiang were as follows：orchard area > total water > disaster affected area > practitioners > thetotal power of agricultural machinery > volume of fertilizer used > financial support for agriculture > amount of ruralelectricity > number of rural tractor > number of civilian laden car > highway mileage > the volume of pesticide used.Finally，the optimal grey prediction system GM（1，1）was used to predict the fruit production in Xinjiang. Meanwhile，combining related constraints affecting the fruit industry in Xinjiang and targeted analysis，this paper summarized thereasons and provided reference for the government |
