| 为了探寻广东省农民财产性收入增长的依赖路径，构建广东省农民财产性收入增长的制度体系，以
实现农民的多元增收，通过对广东省农民与其他省份相比，与广东省城镇居民相比，与不同的区域、不同的收入水
平相比，结果显示农民财产性收入差异迥异，运用现代产权理论和产权强度理论工具分析，其原因主要是农民所
拥有的土地、房屋、金融财产产权强度差异很大。政府应考虑从合法性、合理性、合规律性、合意性方面采取措施
增强产权强度，促进农民财产性收入增长。 |

| To seek the way to increase property income of farmers in Guangdong province as well as to constructinstitutional system to promote farmers income multiply， comparison was conducted between incomes of farmers ofGuangdong and that of other provinces，between incomes of farmers of rural areas and that of urban areas，amangincomes of different districts and different levels. The results revealed that a great difference existed in property incomesof farmers in Guangdong. The causes were that great differences existed in the intensity of property rights of land，houseand financial property owned by farmers，from the view of property rights intensity. Based on the above，measures shouldbe taken by government to enhance the property rights intensity from the fields of legality，rationality，regularity，andintentinalism，so that the growth of property income would be promoted and improved. |
