      采用水培法,以加入锌(10 mg/L)的营养液为对照,研究不同浓度(0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5 mg/L)钼对锌处 理下茴香植株生长、生理生化指标及对锌吸收累积的影响。结果表明:锌处理后,随钼浓度增加,茴香植株株高 均显著降低,地上部及地下部鲜重和干重均呈先增加再降低的趋势,各处理的根冠比差异均不显著曰叶绿素a、 叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b 和类胡萝卜素含量均呈先降低后增加趋势曰可溶性糖含量呈降低趋势,可溶性蛋白质含 量则呈增加趋势,丙二醛含量呈先降低再增加趋势,以0.1 mg/L 钼浓度最低,显著低于对照,脯氨酸含量变化 趋势与丙二醛相反,POD 活性有逐渐升高趋势,而SOD 活性均显著低于对照曰钼处理的全氮含量与对照差异均 不显著,全磷和速效钾含量均以0.1 mg/L 钼浓度处理最低,均显著低于对照。锌处理后,随钼浓度增加,茴香植 株地上部和地下部锌含量均呈先降低再升高趋势,且锌主要累积在地下部。地上部锌含量以0.1 mg/L 钼浓度 最低,显著低于对照曰地下部锌含量以0.5 mg/L 钼浓度处理最高,显著高于其余处理。因此,增加钼浓度对锌处 理下茴香植株株高有抑制作用,0.1 mg/L 钼浓度处理能显著提高茴香植株的生物量累积曰锌处理后,适量的钼 处理能显著降低茴香地上部对锌的吸收累积,显著提高茴香地下部对锌的吸收累积。
英文摘要:
      Using the method of solution culture, the effects of different concentrations 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 mg/L ofMo on fennel plant growth, physiological and biochemical indexes, Zn accumulation were studied after treatment with10 mg/L Zn in Hoagland爷s formula. The results showed that the height of fennel plant had a decreased trend with theincrease of Mo concentration. With the increase of Mo concentration, fresh weight (FW) and dry weight (DW) ofaboveground, belowground firstly increased then decreased. Root/shoot ratio had no significant difference among thetreatments. Contents of chlorophyll a (Chl.a), chlorophyll b (Chl.b), chlorophyll a+b (Chl.a+b) and carotenoid firstlydecreased then increased with the increase of Mo concentrations. Contents of soluble sugar in Mo treatmentsdecreased, while content of soluble protein increased. Content of malondialdehyde (MDA) firstly decreased thenincreased, and it was significantly lower in 0.1 mg/L Mo treatment than that in the control. Contents of Proline (Pro)had the contrary trend as MDA. Activity of POD was significantly higher in all Mo treatments than that in the control,while activity of SOD had the contrary trend as POD. Content of N had no difference among the treatments, andcontents of P and K in 0.1 mg/L Mo treatment was thelowest among the treatments, and it was significantlylower than that in the control. With the increase of Moconcentration, contents of Zn of above ground andunderground in fennel plant firstly decreased thenincreased, and content of Zn in root was more than thatin shoot. Content of Zn of above ground was significantly lower in 0.1 mg/L Mo treatment than that in the control. Content of Zn of underground in 0.5 mg/L Mo treatment was significantly higher than that in all other treatments. It indicated that increasing the Moconcentration under Zn treatment could inhibit fennel plant growth while improve biomass significantly.Furthermore, a certain Mo concentration could reduce Zn accumulation of aboveground, while improve Znaccumulation of underground.
