| 利用2013 年东、中、西部3 个省的抽样调查数据，考察不同补偿方式对被征地农民满意度的影
响。结果显示：在控制时间与经济因素的条件下，采用社会保障方式对被征地农民进行补偿时，补偿水平越高
农民满意度越有可能提高；而一次性现金补偿与分期式现金补偿的方式，对农民满意度没有显著影响。因此，
农民更青睐于社会保障式补偿。基于此结论，提出实践中不仅要提高征地补偿标准，更要尊重农民意愿，推动
社会保障模式的征地补偿，从而有效缓解征地矛盾，减少土地纠纷。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| This paper investigated the impacts of different compensation modes on land-expropriated farmers’
satisfaction in China，using the survey data of three provinces distributed in the East，Middle and West part of China
in 2013. The results indicated that after controlling the economic and time effects，the compensation payment under
social security had a significant and positive impact on farmers’ satisfaction；while the effects of compensation under
cash paid in a lump sum and cash paid at some certain periods were not significant. Therefore，the social security
mode obtained farmers’ favor. Based on the results，it was concluded that in order to relieve the land conflicts，
raising the compensation standard was necessary，and respecting farmers’ opinions and promoting social security
were also important in practice. |
