| 加米霉素（Gamithromycin）是一种新型的半合成大环内酯类（Marolides）兽用抗生素，通过抑制
细菌RNA 依赖性蛋白合成而起到抑菌和杀菌的作用。加米霉素对引起牛呼吸系统疾病（BRD）的溶血性曼氏
杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌及牛支原体等均有较高的抗菌活性，其动力学特点优良，吸收快，达峰时间短，生物利
用度较高，可以在肺组织达到较高的组织浓度；加米霉素毒性低，在动物的可食性组织中残留较少，治疗无副
作用，国外已广泛应用于牛的呼吸系统疾病临床治疗。因此，在我国兽医临床上具有广阔的应用前景。为了促
进其在我国兽医临床上的合理应用、研制与开发，现对其抗菌活性、药动学、毒性及残留、临床应用等相关研
究进展进行综述。 |

| Gamithromycin is a new kind of semi-synthetic macrolide veterinary medicinal product for
veterinary use. It has both bacteriostatic and bactericidal action，mediated through the disruption of bacterial RNA
–dependent protein synthesis. Gamithromycin has higher antimicrobial activity to Mannheimia haemolytica，
Pasteurella multocida and Mycoplasma bovis，the bacterial pathogens most commonly associated with Bovine
Respiratory Disease（BRD）. The antibiotic has better pharmacokinetic characteristic，and it can be absorbed
quickly，and can reach the Cmax quickly，more-over，it can maintain a high concentration in animal’s lungs.
It’s toxicity is low，the residue in edible tissue is small，and treatment has no side effect. The antibiotic has
been extensive used abroad for treatment of cattle against bacterial infections of respiratory tract. Therefore，
the antibiotic has pro-found prospect in veterinary treatment. In order to promote it’s reasonable application
and invention in our country，this paper summarized the，antibacterial activity，pharmacokinetics，toxicity and
residue，clinical use of Gamithromycin |
