| 利用实地调研得到宁夏银北地区3 个县（区）的农户面板数据，采用DID 模型并从性别角度考
察土地流转对农村已婚妇女劳动力转移的影响。结果表明：参与土地流转显著正向影响农村已婚妇女劳动力
发生转移的概率和外出持续时间。对影响农村已婚妇女劳动力转移的因素进行分析，发现农村已婚妇女劳动
力发生转移的概率和外出持续时间随着农村妇女受教育年限的增加而增加，随着农村妇女年龄的增长而降
低；丈夫外出务工将会增加农村已婚妇女劳动力发生转移的概率，不过对外出持续时间的影响并不显著。 |

| Based on the survey panel date of householders in the area of north of Yinchuan in Ningxia，this paper
used DID model to analyze the effects of land circulation on rural married women labor transfer from a gender perspective.
The results show that，participate in land circulation had significantly positive effects on the possibility of rural married
women labor transfer and the duration of rural married women labor working outside. This paper also analyzed the factors
affecting rural married women labor transfer. The results found that，the possibility and duration of rural married women
labor transfer grew with the increase of education year，reduced with the increase of age；husband migrant workers would
make the possibility of rural married women labor transfer increased，but the effect on the duration of rural married
women labor working outside was not significant. |
