| 根据社会网络的相关理论，以新疆伊犁地区为例，利用SNA 构建出口农产品质量安全管理的社
会网络模型，运用Netdraw 绘制出口农产品质量安全管理网络社群图，对该网络群体的整体网络结构、中心
性、凝聚子群、核心边缘结构进行量化分析，以此描述整个网络群体的特征属性、成员间的关联特性和内在
结构，同时探讨网络中潜在的合谋关系。最后，提出优化出口农产品质量安全管理网络结构和网络关系的几
点建议。 |

| By the theory of social network，taking Yili area in Xinjiang as an example，used SNA to build
the social network model of export agricultural products quality and safety management，used Netdraw to generate
the network community graph of export of agricultural products quality and safety management，and quantitatively
analyzed the whole network structure，centricity，condensing subgroup and core edge structure. In addition，this
paper described the characteristics of entire network group attribute，correlation characteristics between members
and inner structure，and discussed the potential conspiracy relationship in the network. Finally，On the basis of
quantitative analysis，some suggestions for optimization of network structure and pipe of export agricultural products
quality and safety management were put forword |
