| 通过对近10 年我国对外农业投资数据整理和分析，介绍了我国对东盟国家、拉美、非洲和欧美等
国家和地区的农业投资情况，提出了促进农业科技创新、政策支持和政府协调、完善金融保障体系和对外投资
的服务体系、健全农业标准化体系建设、加强人才队伍建设和加强信息服务和技术保障等7 点建议，为促进农
业“走出去”战略的决策提供参考。 |

| In the context of economic globalization，Chinese agriculture cooperated and invested in nearly 50
countries around the world on five continents，which invested from agriculture，forestry，animal husbandry，fishery and
deputy. We created good agricultural investment returns and enhanced international influence of agricultural products.
The paper collected and analyzed agricultural foreign investment data in the last ten years，and summarized foreign direct
investment in the production of food crops and energy crops，introduced Chinese agricultural investment in ASEAN，in
Latin America ，in Africa and in Europe，at last put forward strategies to promote and develop agricultural“ go out”，
including promoting the agricultural science and technology innovation，policy support and government coordination，
perfecting the financial security system and investment service system，improving the agricultural standardization system
construction，and strengthening agricultural talent team and information service and technical support. |
