| 在农地流转过程中， 交易成本不仅存在， 而且影响农地流转。 农地流转纠纷是观察交易成本的显
性指标。 从理论上讲， 交易成本越高， 农地流转市场越低。 利用全国及 30 个省、 市、 自治区 2009—2013 年农
地流转市场水平及交易成本资料进行实证研究， 结果表明， 交易成本对农地流转市场水平产生了影响， 交易成
本越高， 农地流转市场水平越低； 相反， 交易成本越低， 农地流转市场水平越高。 |
