      对2014 年度参加早熟组机采区试的7 个品系喷施同一浓度的脱叶剂及化学催熟剂,定期观察各品系的叶片脱落及棉铃吐絮情况并计产,分析各品系对药剂的敏感性及施药后品质、产量稳定性。结果表明,参试各品系在施药后不同时期脱叶率无显著差异。各品系在施药后前期,吐絮率具有显著差异,新1202 显著高于其他品系;在施药后期,除了新1202 吐絮率显著高于其他品系,其他品系之间差异不显著。各品系品质纤维长度和断裂比强度有待于提高。皮棉产量差异显著,其中,品系12026 产量最高,变异度为0.3477,丰产性及稳定性表现较好。新疆机采棉选育在注重丰产、优质的同时,也应该注重对棉花脱叶效果改良方面的研究。

      Seven materials of Early maturity Machine-harvested group from Regional Trials were spread the same concentration of defoliant and chemical ripening agent in 2014 ,regularly observe the leaf loss and cotton open bolls and calculating output of all Lines,sensitivity to the agent and production stability after applying pesticide quality and production stability of the strains were analyzed. There was no significant difference of defoliation rate when the lines were spread pesticide. There was significant difference of boll opening rate after applying pesticide early. The new 1202 is significantly higher than other materials;The boll opening rate have no significant difference in addition to the new 1202 boll opening rate is significantly higher than other strains outside after applying pesticide in the late. The materialquality traits manifest as: fiber length and fracture strength have yet to be improved. lint yield of the lines have significant difference,the 1202 is the highest yield,the variation degree is 0.3477,high yield and stability performance is better. Machine-harvested Cotton breeding in Xinjiang is focus on high yield and high quality,should also pay attention to improvement of effect of shed leaves at the same time.
