      以广东茂名产芒果叶为研究对象,优化芒果叶中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选择提取温度、超声功率和提取时间为自变量,以芒果叶中总黄酮提取率为响应值,采用响应曲面法分析优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明,芒果叶中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为65℃,超声波功率为90 W,提取时间为48 min。在此条件下,验证试验得到芒果叶中总黄酮的提取率为5.26(±0.04)%,优化选择提取工艺稳定、可行。
英文摘要:
      The experiment was conducted to optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Mangifera indica L. leaves collected from Maoming City,Guangdong Province. The extraction temperature,ultrasound power and extraction time were chosen as causal factors to optimize the yield of total flavonoids by response surface method(RSM). The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time 48 min,extraction temperature 65℃ and ultrasound power 90 W. Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 5.26%. These results indicated that the optimized conditions obtained from RSM were stable and practicable.
