| 针对目前基层农业科技培训中存在的供给主体错位、科技适用性弱，农户缺乏组织、主动性弱，培训媒介单一、扩散效果差等突出问题，以前期农业技术扩散动力机制研究成果为基础，结合农业科技培训实践及现实发展形势，探索构建以农业生产经营组织或示范户等具体用户为核心，“科技创新机构+ 科技服务机构”组合为动力，基层政府监督协作，财政引导扶持的新型公益性基层农业科技培训模式，并提出具体优化对策，以期为改进农业科技服务方式，提高农业技术推广服务效率，加快农业科技成果转化提供重要决策参考。 |

| In the current grassroots agricultural science and technology training mode，there are some outstanding problems，including dislocation of main supply，weak technology applicability，lack of organization and weak initiative of farmers，single training media，poor diffusion effect and so on. In order to solve these problems，a new grassroots agricultural science and technology training mode was explored based on the results of early agricultural technology diffusion dynamic mechanism research，and combined with the practice of agricultural science and technology training and the actual development situation. The new mode took agricultural production and operation organizations or demonstration households and other specific users as core，the combination of technological innovation organizations and technological services organizations as power，grassroots government as supervisor and collaborators，finance as guide and support. Then some optimization strategies were put forward，to improve agricultural science and technology service ways and the efficiency of agricultural technology extension service，accelerate the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements. |
