      以宁夏日光温室栽培常用黄瓜品种德尔100为试材,通过智能人工气候箱模拟设施生产中的 3个低温环境,依据丙二醛、脯氨酸、电导率和超氧化物歧化酶4个生理生化指标的变化阐述黄瓜在宁夏日 光温室栽培受冷害的机制。结果表明:黄瓜幼苗在23℃/12℃环境下受影响较小,23℃/9℃环境次之,23℃ /6℃环境对黄瓜幼苗的伤害最严重,其在23℃/12℃环境可耐受6 d,在23℃/9℃环境可耐受4 d,23℃/6℃ 环境可耐受2 d;黄瓜幼苗在低温胁迫后,经过23℃/17℃(CK)恢复不同时间,在23℃/12℃处理6 d、23℃ /9℃处理4 d、23℃/6℃处理2 d后,植株恢复表现均不明显表明植株恢复状况取决于前期受低温胁迫程度 和胁迫时间的影响。
英文摘要:
      Using cucumber cultivated varieties Del 100 commonly as test material,which commonly used in Ningxia solar greenhouse cultivation;through the intelligent artificial climate chamber simulation facility in the production of three low-temperature environment,to measure the changes of four physiological and biochemical indexes--MDA,proline,electrical conductivity and superoxide dismutase under chilling injury situation. The results showed that:cucumber seedlings were less affected at 23℃/12℃ environment,followed by 23℃/9℃ environment,and cucumber seedlings were seriously damaged under 23℃/6℃ environment. Cucumber seedlings could tolerate for 6 days at 23℃/12℃ environment,at 23℃/9℃ environment they can withstand 4 days,and 2 days at 23℃/6℃. Cucumber seedlings have different recovery time under 23℃/17℃( CK) after being treated by low temperature stress,the recovery of 6D was not obvious after being treated by 23℃/12℃. 4D recovery process was not obvious at 23℃/9℃. The recovery of 2D was not obvious after being treated by 23℃/6℃. The recovery of plants depends on the early impact of the degree of low temperature stress and stress time.
