| 为分析我国基于成本最小化的蛋鸡养殖效率情况，选取2004—2014年大、中、小规模蛋鸡养
殖投入产出面板数据，运用随机前沿方法（SFA）对我国蛋鸡养殖的成本效率情况进行实证分析。结果表
明：全国小规模蛋鸡养殖不存在成本效率损失；各省份普遍存在大、中规模蛋鸡养殖成本无效率；随时间推
移，小规模蛋鸡养殖实现了成本效率的提升，但大、中规模蛋鸡养殖成本效率持续下降；地区间大、中规模
蛋鸡养殖成本效率差距较为明显；销售价格对成本效率存在负向影响。建议重视大、中规模的蛋鸡养殖情
况，加强技术推广以及中规模的专业化养殖。 |

| To analyse the situation of laying hens breeding efficiency based on cost minimization in China.
We collected panel datas from National Agricultural Product Cost and Income Data Compilation（2005-2015）.
We divided datas by scale in large，medium and small. We used the stochastic frontier method（SFA）to calcucate
cost efficiency of laying hens in China. The results of empirical analysis show that the cost efficiency of small scale
breeding hens is high，but the cost efficiency of large and medium scale in all provinces is low. The results also show
that cost efficiency of small scale breeding hens is creasing over time，while the large and medium scale’s are
decline，and the gap of cost efficiency between large and medium scale is obvious. We also find that sales price has
a negative impact on cost efficiency. Based on results above，we suggests that it is important to focus on the large and
medium scale laying hens. At the meantime，it is necessary to focus on strengthening the technical promotion and the
specialization of the medium scale. |
