      对奥尼罗非鱼鱼种投喂添加五倍子乙醇提取物0.0%(CK)、0.02%、0.04%、0.10%、0.16% (W/W)的饲料。8 周的饲养结果表明,五倍子对罗非鱼的生长影响较显著,饲料中五倍子添加量为0.04% 时,罗非鱼的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)最高,饲料系数(FC)最低。试验组的肝体比差异较 大,随添加浓度增大先减少而后增大,总体水平较对照组低,0.04% 组肝体比(HSI)为1.53,差异较明显; 白细胞随药物浓度增加,呈现先降低后增的趋势,总体水平显著低于对照组;血液中红细胞数、血红蛋白 浓度和红细胞压积随药物浓度增加而呈现降低趋势,总体水平高于对照组。碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶随药 物浓度增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,总体水平稍低于对照组。血糖和胆固醇浓度随药物浓度增加先升高 后下降,0.04% 组浓度最高,试验组间与对照组间存在显著差异,药物组总体水平较对照组高;尿素氮呈 现逐渐降低的趋势,试验组间及与对照组之间差异不明显。罗非鱼饲料中五倍子醇提物最适添加量大约为 0.05%。
英文摘要:
      This experiment investigated the effects of dietary Galla Chinese( CG) on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of tilapia. A basal diet without adding CG extract and four test diets containing 0.02%, 0.04%,0.10 %,and 0.16 %( w/w) of CG were prepared to feed five groups of fish in triplicate with an initial average body weight of( 40.0±0.5) g respectively. The feeding experiment was conducted in 15 re-circulating tank systems (170 L each) for eight weeks. With the increase of CG content in feed,the weight gain rate( WGR),specific growth rate( SGR) and condition factor( CF) showed the similar trend with GC supplement in the feed. Compared to that of control group,WGR in the group 0.04% increased from 91.01% to 120.36%,and SGR from 1.16 to 141 significantly( P<0.05) with the feed coefficient( FC) 1.39( 1.66 in the control group),but CF showed no significant difference,hepatosomatic index(HSI) was the lowest among experiment groups and control groups( P<0.05), white blood cells(WBC)was significantly lower than that of the control and other experiment groups( P<0.05), Changes of hemoglobin content and hematocrit were consistent with the changes in number of erythrocytes. In the group adding 0.04% of CG,the values of serum glucose,total cholesterol were higher than those of the other treatments(P<0.05) ,both the glutamic pyruvate transaminase value and alkaline phosphatase value declined . There was no significant difference in the blood urea nitrogen of fish among all groups. The study suggested that CG could stabilize liver cellular membrane,eliminate the adverse hepatic detriment from the artificial feed and 0.05% extracts supplemented in basal diet had the potential to promote the growth of tilapia.
