| 农业产学研合作是推动农业科技创新和促进农业科技与地方经济结合发展的关键，也是推进
农业供给侧结构性改革实施的一个有效途径。随着国家、广东省、东莞市相继出台多套政策支持，东莞市都
市农业产学研合作在近年来取得一系列成绩，拥有健全的科研机构、结构合理的科研队伍，也享有配套的
经费奖补支持和产业基地基础。但是农业技术的固有特性和政策主导下的变化动向使得农业产学研合作在
新常态下面临着复杂、多变的挑战。结合东莞市的实际情况，在传统农业向现代农业产业转型升级的背景
下，从财政保障、政策支撑、平台建设、人才吸纳等方面提出了未来的发展思路。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Agricultural industry-university-research（ IUR） cooperation is the key point of promoting local
economic development with agricultural creativity and technology，which is also an effective way to improve the
implementation of agricultural supply side structural reform. With the policy supports Dongguan’s agruultural
urban IUR have series of achievement，including adequate amount of research and development institutions，
well-structured researchers，and the foundations of attached financial assistance and industrial base. However，
agricultural IUR is facing the complicated and variable challenges，due to inherent characters of farming skills and
the changing policies. Therefore，this article referred to Dongguan’s actual situation and the background of modern
agricultural transformation and upgrade，provided some suggestions for future development from the aspects of
financial assistance，policy support，platform-founding，and talents-attracting. |
