      以抗旱性、适应性强的宁杞1 号枸杞为试验材料,用100 mmol/L NaCl 溶液对种子进行引发处 理。采用纸上发芽床法,以蒸馏水为对照,设置6 个NaCl 浓度梯度(20、40、60、80、100、120 mmol/L)模 拟盐胁迫,研究种子引发处理对盐胁迫下枸杞种子萌发过程的影响。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增加,无论种 子是否被引发枸杞种子的发芽速度均明显减慢,发芽进程显著延迟,最终发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显 著下降;在120 mmol/L NaCl 溶液胁迫下,未引发处理最终发芽率比对照下降71.3%,引发处理相比于对照 最终发芽率下降71.3%;在相同盐浓度胁迫下,种子引发均不同程度地提高了种子的发芽速度,加速了萌发 进程,引发种子的发芽势、发芽指数与未引发种子相比均有显著提高,对照引发种子发芽势比未引发种子 高15.4%。由此可见,种子引发处理可在一定程度上缩短种子萌发进程,并提高种子萌发的整齐度,但对枸 杞种子最终萌发率的影响不显著。
英文摘要:
      Lycium barbarum is a kind of representative perennial shrub with drought and salinity tolerance, and it often grows in desert of China's northwest. Seeds of Ningqi No.1 were primed with 100 mmol/L NaCl. Using petri dish techniques,the primed seeds under H2O(control) were subjected to salt stresse of 6 NaCl concentrations (20,40,60,80,100,120 mmol/L). The effects of the seed priming and salt stress on seed germination were then investigated. The results showed that with priming or without priming,germination speed of Ningqi No.1seeds slowed down significantly. The germination percentage,germination energy and germination index all declined obviously with increased NaCl concentration,and the germination process showed a significant delay. Under the stress of 120 mmol/L NaCl solution,the germination rate of the unprimed group decreased by 71.3% than the control group, and the germination rate of the primed group decreased by 71.3% compared with the control group. Compared with unprimed seeds under the same NaCl concentration,primed seeds had increased germination speed and shortened the germination process in different extent. The germination energy and germination index of the primed seed were significantly higher than those of unprimed seeds. The germination energy of the primed control group was 15.4% higher than the unprimed group. The results suggested that Lycium barbarum seed priming shortened the germination process under salt stress,improved the uniformity of seed germination,but the impacted on the final germination rate was not significant.
