      中文 【目的】探讨华南地区温室冬季微型月季扦插母株补光对其扦插繁殖和生长发育的影响,为微型月季的商业化栽培提供理论依据?【方法】本研究以一年生微型月季品种‘粉佳人’为试材,采用完全随机试验设计,设补光和对照两个处理?补光处理的扦插母枝于生长期每天4:00~9:00和16:00~20:00两个时段给以50μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1的LED红蓝光灯照射9个小时,观察其对微型月季扦插品质和生长发育的影响?【结果】 (1)补光处理可显著提高扦插苗的根鲜重?根干重?叶鲜重?叶干重及根冠比,扦插后株高也显著提高;(2)补光处理后扦插苗的叶面积?节位数和花径显著高于对照,但是其冠幅和花梗长度与对照差异不显著;(3)补光处理可显著提高盆花的成花率和产量,但对于单片叶的的叶绿素含量?净光合速率?气孔导度?蒸腾速率?水分利用率和光能利用率等生理指标影响不大?【结论】华南地区冬季温室微型月季扦插母株补光可以提高插穗的扦插品质,同时可提高初花的成花率和商品率?
英文摘要:
      【Objective】 The objective is to explore the influence of greenhouse light supplementation in winter on cuttage propagation and the growth and development of minature rose maternalplant cuttings in south China, and to provide the oretical basis for commercial cultivation of minature rose.【Methods】 The maternalplant treated with supplementary light were irradiated with 50 mol m-2 s-1 LED red and blue lights for 9 hours from 4:00 to 9:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 every day during the growth period, to observe the effect on the cutting quality and the growth and development of minature rose cuttings. 【Results】(1) The root-fresh weight, root-dry weight, leaf-fresh weight, leaf-dry weight and root-crown ratio of cuttings could be significantly increased by light treatment, and the height of new shoots could also be significantly increased after cutting.(2) The leaf area, node number and flower diameter of the cuttings treated with supplementary light were significantly higher than those of the control group, but the differences in crown width and peduncle length were not significant.(3) Supplemental light treatment can significantly improve the flowering rate and the yield of potted flowers, but it has little effect on physiological indicators such as chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, instantaneous water utilization and instantaneous light utilization of a single leaf.【Conclusion】The cutting quality, flowering quality and yield of minature roses in winter could be improved by supplementary lighting to greenhouse in south China.
