      【目的】为探究新型基塘农业种养模式下不同饲料养殖的草鱼,其生长性能、常规营养成分和经济效益的差异,完善基塘农业养鱼模式,在佛山市三水区南山镇佛山市农业科学研究所内分别设置蛹肽蛋白饲料组、蛹肽蛋白+高丹草组、旺海草鱼料组进行养殖对比试验。【方法】时间在2018年6月-10月,投放鱼种前随机抽取4条草鱼的背肌肉制成4个等量混合样;养殖结束后,每个试验组各抽取4条草鱼分别制成4个混合样,共16个样品,测定生长性能、肌肉常规营养成分含量、氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量,另外对基塘农业种养模式增加养殖附加值作简要说明。【结果】结果表明,蛹肽蛋白饲料组草鱼增重较多,肌肉的粗脂肪含量明显较高;添加高丹草组肌肉鲜味氨基酸含量较高 ,但三个试验组间的鲜味氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量及组成并无明显差异。

      [objective] In order to explore the differences in growth performance, conventional nutrient composition and economic benefits of grass carp raised in different feeds under the new farming model of jitang, and to improve the agricultural fish raising model of jitang, pupal peptide protein feed group, pupal peptide protein + gaodancao group and wanghai grass fish feed group were respectively set up in foshan institute of agricultural science, sanshui district, foshan city.[methods] from June to October, 2018, four grass carp back muscles were randomly selected before the release of fish species to make four equal mixed samples.After the end of cultivation, 4 grass carps were selected from each test group to make 4 mixed samples, a total of 16 samples, and the growth performance, the content of muscle conventional nutrition, the content of amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids were measured. In addition, the added value of cultivation in jitang farming mode was briefly described. [results] the results showed that grass carps in the pupa peptide protein feed group gained more weight and had higher crude fat content in muscle.The contents of umami amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids were not significantly different among the three groups. [conclusion] the research showed that the pure artificial compound feed feeding grass carp grow faster, and the collocation of feeding fresh grass carp shape long jean grass, muscle fat content is lower and more fresh meat. Therefore, in the process of grass carps' pure feed breeding, reasonable combination of grass carps can significantly improve the muscle quality of grass carps. Forage materials can be obtained locally in jitang agriculture, and cash crops can be planted reasonably without increasing land occupation, so as to increase the added value of space land.
