      [目的]明确枯草芽孢杆菌Yz菌株发酵原粉对棉花苗期病害的抑菌活性,并以活芽孢下降率、棉花种子发芽率为指标筛选Yz菌株发酵原粉的丸化种衣剂配方。[方法]采用对峙培养法测定Yz菌株发酵原粉对棉花立枯病、炭疽病和红腐病的抑菌活性;采用L9(3<sup>3</sup>)正交试验,测定不同助剂对Yz菌株发酵原粉活芽孢下降率以及棉花种子发芽率的影响,筛选最佳丸化种衣剂配方。[结果]枯草芽孢杆菌Yz菌株发酵原粉50倍稀释液对棉花立枯病、棉花炭疽病和棉花红腐病的校正抑菌圈直径分别为10.07mm、15.54mm、8.96mm,随原粉浓度的降低,抑菌圈直径逐渐减小。最佳助剂分别为:硅藻土、羧甲基纤维素钠、木质素磺酸钠。[结论] 枯草芽孢杆菌Yz菌株发酵原粉对棉花立枯病、棉花炭疽病和棉花红腐病均有较好的抑菌活性。硅藻土、羧甲基纤维素钠、木质素磺酸钠和Yz原粉的最佳组合比例为3﹕0.8﹕0.1﹕1。

      [AimsObjective] This study aims to clarify the bacteriostatic activity of theSfermentation powder of bacillus subtilis Yz strain on cotton seedling diseases, and screen the formula for seed pelleting agent with the decline rate of live spores and the germination rate of cotton seeds as indicators. [Methods] The antibacterial activity of Yz strain fermentation powder against cotton damping-off, cotton anthracnose, and cotton red rotSwas determined by the confrontation culture method.SIn addition, by orthogonal design L9(3<sup>3</sup>), the effects of different additives on the decline rate of live spores of fermentation powder of bacillus subtilis Yz strain and the germination rate of cotton seeds was determined to screen the best formula of seed pelleting agent. [Results] The corrected inhibitory zone diameter of fermentation powder of bacillus subtilis Yz strain with 50 times dilution was 10.07mm, 15.54mm and 8.96mm, respectively, for cotton damping-off, cotton anthracnose, and cotton red rot. And the diameter of inhibitory zone decreased gradually with the decrease of the concentration of fermentation powder. The best additives were diatomite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium lignosulfonate. [Conclusions] The fermentation powder of bacillus subtilis Yz strain showed good antibacterial activity against cotton damping-off, cotton anthracnose, and cotton red rot. The optimum proportion was 3(diatomite): 0.8(sodium carboxymethyl cellulose): 0.1(sodium lignosulfonate): 1(Yz fermentation powder).
