      【目的】 壬基酚(NP)为环境雌激素污染物,研究NP对白鲫鱼胚胎发育的毒性影响,同时探讨茶多酚对NP所致白鲫鱼胚胎发育毒性的改善作用。【方法】 利用不同浓度NP对白鲫鱼尾芽期胚胎进行染毒,以清水组为对照,观察胚胎发育情况,通过比较染毒组中胚胎孵化率及孵化仔鱼畸形率的变化情况来分析NP对白鲫鱼胚胎发育的毒性影响。在NP基础液中加入不同浓度的茶多酚,以NP基础液为对照,通过比较茶多酚组中胚胎孵化率及孵化仔鱼畸形率的变化情况来判断茶多酚的改善效果。【结果】 与溶剂乙醇对照组相比,中、低浓度(0.04~0.40 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>)NP能显著性降低白鲫鱼胚胎的孵化率,同时显著提高孵化仔鱼的畸形率,且畸形率随着NP浓度的升高而升高;高浓度(4.00 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>)的NP对胚胎发育毒性极强,染毒24h即可导致胚胎停育。在NP中加入(0.35~35.00μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>)茶多酚后,3.50μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>茶多酚实验组中白鲫鱼的孵化率得到了显著的提高,其余浓度实验组中孵化率与NP对照组没有显著性差异。0.35~35.00μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>茶多酚均能显著性降低孵化仔鱼的畸形率。【结论】 NP对白鲫鱼胚胎具有一定的发育毒性,而添加适量的茶多酚能改善NP引发的白鲫鱼胚胎发育毒性。

      【Objective】 Nonylphenol(NP) is an environmental estrogen,to study the toxic effect of Nonylphenol(NP) on the embryonic development of Carassius auratus cuvieri,and to investigate the amelioration of tea polyphenols on the toxicity induced by NP, tail bud embryos were chose for the experiment. 【Method】The embryos were exposed to different concentrations of NP, and analyzed the toxic effects of NP by comparing the changes of hatching rate of embryos and the abnormal rate of larval with the water control group. Subsequently, the embryos were soaked in NP liquid added with tea polyphenols, and the changes of the hatching rate and the abnormal rate were compared between NP control group and tea polyphenols experimental group. In this way, the antagonism of tea polyphenols is judged.【Result】The results showed that compared with the ethanol control group, the low and the medium concentration of NP (0.04-0.40 mg.L-1) not only could significantly reduce the hatching rate of embryos,and the abnormal rate of larvae was significantly increased, At the same time the abnormal rate increased with the increasing of NP concentration. The high concentration of NP (4.00 mg.L-1) had strong toxicity to embryonic development, embryos of this concentration stopped to develop within 24h of exposure to NP. After adding the tea polyphenols 0.35~35.00 μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>) into NP, the tea polyphenols (3.50 μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>) could significantly improve the hatching rate of embryos, and there was no significant difference in hatching rate between other experimental group and NP control group.In addition, 0.35-35.00μg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub> tea polyphenols could significantly reduce the abnormal rate of larval induced by NP. 【Conclusion】NP has certain toxicity to the embryos of Carassius auratus cuvieri, and appropriate amount of tea polyphenols can ameliorate the embryonic toxicity induced by NP.
