| 【目的】化学肥料减量施用技术是避免过量施肥带来的环境污染,促进农业可持续发展的重要途径。本研究探讨有机肥对化肥的替代比例,为广东冬作马铃薯的商品有机肥部分替代化肥,实现化肥减量,提供科学依据。【方法】以费乌瑞它为试验材料,研究三种商品有机肥和等施肥量的化肥处理对广东冬作马铃薯产量、经济效益、肥料表观利用率和品质的影响。【结果】有机肥处理马铃薯块茎的品质与化肥处理无显著差异。OM2处理总产量和商品薯产量高于OM1和OM3处理。三种有机肥中OM2处理肥料成本低于另外两种有机肥处理,而总产值高于OM1和OM3处理。OM2处理肥料表观利用率为10.17%,分别比OM1和OM2处理高1.96和3.52个百分点。产量和经济效益占优势的OM2处理有机肥同效当量为66.02%。【结论】在南方冬作马铃薯种植中有机肥可以部分替代化肥。 |

| 【Objective】The technology of chemical fertilizer reduced application was an important way to avoid environmental pollution caused by excessive fertilization and promote sustainable agricultural development. This study explored the replacement ratio of organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer, and provided scientific basis for commercial organic fertilizers to replace chemical fertilizers in winter potato. 【Method】 In this paper, effects of three commercial organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizer treatments on yield, economic benefit, nutrient content and quality of winter potato in Guangdong Province were studied with Favorlta as experimental material. 【Result】There was no significant difference between organic fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment on the quality of potato tubers. The total yield and marketable tuber yield of OM2 treatment was higher than OM1 and OM3 treatment. The OM2 treatment had low fertilizer cost and high total output value among three kinds of organic manures. Apparent fertilizer use efficiency of OM2 treatment was 10.17%, 1.96% and 3.52% higher than OM 1 and OM2 treatments, respectively. The organic manure equivalent of OM2 treatment was 66.02%. Overall, OM2 was a better choice with a good price in the process of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer in winter potato. 【Conclusion】The organic fertilizer could partly replace chemical fertilizer in winter potato cultivation. |
