      【目的】本实验采用定制的5瓦LED灯作为人工光源,研究白、暖白、红、黄、蓝、绿、紫7种不同光色对育雏期文昌鸡生长性能的影响,找出适合文昌鸡养殖最适光色。【方法】将630只体重相近的1日龄母鸡,随机分配到7个不同光色处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,自由采食和饮水。24h光照,试验周期8周。【结果】蓝光组鸡只平均体增重与红光、绿光和白光组差异显著(P<0.05),蓝光组体增重比对照组白光增重45.12g,红光组体增重最少。蓝光组与绿光组体增重均匀度差异显著(P<0.05);蓝光组体增重均匀度最好,其次是白光和暖白光组。白光组料肉比最低,且与黄光组差异显著(P<0.05),与其他组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组之间鸡只死亡率差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】蓝光可显著促进育雏期文昌鸡的生长、且提高群体体重均匀度,而红光抑制鸡只生长,绿光组群体体重均匀度最差。

      【Objective】This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of 7 LED light colors, white, warm white, red, yellow, blue, green and purple, on the growth performance of Wenchang chicken during brooding stage, aiming to find out the most suitable light color for Wenchang chicken breeding.【Method】A total of 630 1-day-old Wenchang Chicken of similar weight were randomly assigned to 7 different light color treatment groups. Each treatment inclued 3 replicate groups with 30 chicks per group. Feed and water were provided for ad libitum. 24h light, tested 8 weeks. 【Result】The results showed that the average body weight gain of chickens in blue light was significantly different from that in red light, green light and white light group (P<0.05), blue light was 45.12g higher than white light, while red light was the least. There was significant difference in body weight gain uniformity between blue light group and green light group (P < 0.05). blue light was the best, followed by white light and warm white light. White light had the lowest feed conversion rate, which was significantly different from yellow light (P<0.05), but not significantly different from other lights (P>0.05). The mortality was not significant difference between the lights (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 It was concluded that blue light could significantly promote the growth of Wenchang chickens during brooding and improve the uniformity of body weight, while red light inhibited the growth of chickens, and green light had the worst uniformity of body weight.
