      以水为介质制备试验萃取液,比较乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系、丙酮-硫酸铵双水相体系及常规工艺对密蒙花黄色素萃取率的影响。结果表明,乙醇-硫酸铵的萃取率为24%,丙酮-硫酸的最大萃取率为20%,常规工艺的萃取率为18%。乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系具有操作简单、萃取率高、价廉尧低毒等优点,适宜密蒙花黄色素的工业化生产。

      Using water as extraction medium, the extraction rate of buddleja yellow pigment with the ethanol-ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system, acetone-ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system and conventional process have been studied. The results showed that the maximum extraction rate was 24%(ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system), 20%(acetone-ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system) and 18% (conventional process). The two-phase system of the ethanol-ammonium sulphate aqueous was suitable for industrial production of Buddleja yellow pigment with simple operation, high extraction rate, low cost and low toxicity.
