| 为探讨黔东南烟区适宜的烤烟膜下小苗移栽育苗方式，设计了4个育苗处理，采用完全随机方法进行了对比试验。结果表明，植物生长调节剂对烤烟苗期有重要影响，较常规育苗方式而言，喷施多效唑可以显著提高烟苗茎围，增加叶片数和叶色深度，提高根系总长和总面积，最终提前移栽期7 d；喷施矮壮素效果次之。在本试验条件下，烤烟苗期大十字期喷施多效唑1次，可成为膜下小苗移栽方式最佳的育苗方式。 |

| In order to study the seedling-rearing modes that suit for small seedlings transplanting methods under the membrane in
Qiandongnan tobacco-growing areas, the experiment of four seedling-rearing modes was conducted using complete random design. The results showed that spraying paclobutrazol could significantly increase the seedling stem girth, the number of leaves and leaf color depth,total root length and total area, it could advance the transplanting period 7 days. Thus, spraying paclobutrazol in the Grand Cross of the flue-cured tobacco seedling stage could become the best seedling-rearing mode. |
