中文摘要:
      采集了深圳福田红树林5个垂直分布样品和3个水平分布样品,采用稀释涂布平板法对红树林土壤可培养细菌和真菌进行简单计数,采用比色法测定红树林土壤纤维素酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蛋白酶活性。研究结果表明,深圳福田红树林土壤中细菌数量远远大于真菌,并且两者数量显著相关。微生物的垂直分布差异性大于水平分布,土壤酶活性分布相关性并不显著,细菌数量和蔗糖酶相关性显著,真菌数量和蔗糖酶活性相关性极其显著。
英文摘要:
      Five vertical and three horizontal mangrove sediment samples were collected from Futian, Shenzhen. The number of bacteria and fungi were analysed with dilution spread plate method. The activity of cellulase, invertase, urease, catalase and protease were detected using spectrophotometry method. The result showed that the number of bacteria were much higher than fungi in mangrove sediment. And it was significant correlation. The vertical differentiation of counts of microorganism were more outstanding than horizontal differentiation. The correlation between different activities of enzymes was not outstanding. Bacterial counts were significantly correlated with activity of invertase while fungus counts were highly significantly correlated with activity of invertase.
