      根据阻抗特性与新鲜度之间的关系,建立了淡水鱼新鲜度评价指标,并以此为基础设计了以STC89C52 为核心的淡水鱼新鲜度检测仪。对系统的硬件和软件设计进行了详细的介绍。试验表明,该检测仪的检测准确率达90%,能够对淡水鱼新鲜度进行快速且无损的检测。
英文摘要:
      Freshwater fish freshness evaluation indexes were established based on the relation between impedance characteristics and freshness. On this basis the freshwater fish freshness detection instrument using STC89C52 as a core was designed. This paper introduced hardware and software design. The experiment showed that the detection instrument could detect freshwater fish freshness fast and nondestructively and detection accuracy can reach to 90%.
