| 随着世界对农产品质量安全的关注，以及对农产品监管力度的加大，农产品质量安全标准的采用与推广已被世界越来越多的国家所重视。在概述我国农业标准的基础上，分别从产地环境、生产过程、加工环节和流通配送环节综述了从农场到餐桌农产品各阶段质量安全标准，并与国外的农产品质量安全标准进行了比较和总结。 |

| With the more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products and the more regulation of agricultural products,more and more countries pay attention to the use and promotion of produce quality safety standards. Based on the overview of agriculture in our country, from the producing area conditions, production process, processing links and circulation distribution link, this paper summarized agricultural products quality and safety standards of various stages, and compared discussed with foreign agricultural products quality and safety standards. |
