| “涞涞易”贫困区作为保定市环首都扶贫攻坚示范区，是河北省扶贫攻坚重点片区，该贫困区的蔬菜产业发挥了推动扶贫的重要作用。运用SWOT分析法对影响贫困区蔬菜产业发展的内外因素进行了分析，进而利用策略配对，从政府、专业协会、企业和农户4个层面提出了该贫困区发展蔬菜产业推动扶贫的战略对策。 |

| “Laishui,Laiyuan,Yixian”poor area which is the demonstration area of poverty alleviation around the capital in the city of Baoding, is the main poverty alleviation area in Hebei province. The vegetable industry in the demonstration area plays an important role in promoting the poverty alleviation. In the present paper, SWOT matrix analysis method was used to analyze the internal and external factors which may influence the poverty alleviation development about the vegetable industry in the poor area. Based on the analysis result, the strategy matching method was proposed to raise some thoughts on the development strategies, then the related strategy countermeasures were put forward from the government, enterprises and farmer families to promote poverty alleviation by developing vegetable industry. |
