      肇庆市农业科学研究所与中国种子集团有限公司共同选用优质常规水稻品种五山油占和抗稻瘟病恢复系R238进行杂交选育出恢复系R7238,再利用光温敏核不育系Y58S与恢复系R7238选配出两系杂交稻新组合Y两优7238。该组合比对照增产达极显著水平,米质达省标优质三级,中抗稻瘟病和中感白叶枯病,一定程度上解决了杂交水稻组合在高产、抗病和优质三方面相结合的技术难题,于2012 年6月通过广东省农作物品种审定。介绍了Y两优7238 的选育过程、品种主要特征特性和高产制种关键技术。
英文摘要:
      A new hybrid rice combination “Y Liangyou 7238”has been breed by Zhaoqing Institute of Agricultural Sciences and China Seed Group Co. Ltd.. It is crossed between the male sterile line “Y58S” and the restore line “R7238”. The restore line “7238” was selected from a progeny of crossing between the high-quality conventional rice cultivar “Wushanyouzhan”and the anti-blast restorer line “R238”. Then “R7238” was hybrided with a PTGMS line “Y58S” for a new bilinear hybrid rice combination “Y Liangyou 7238”. The yield of this combination highly significantly increased in comparison with control. The rice quality reached the top (third) level of the Guangdong rice quality standards. This combination showed medium resistance to rice blast and medium susceptibility to rice bacterial leaf blight. “Y Liangyou 7238”, which passed the crop variety validation in Guangdong in June 2012, provided a solution to the technical gap of the combination of high yield, disease resistance, and good quality. Here, we describe the breeding process, the major characters,and the key seed-production technology of “Y Liangyou 7238”.
