| 金合欢属作为耐干旱植物广泛分布于全球的热带和亚热带地区，尤以大洋洲及非洲的种类最多。该属植物在生态、经济上都具有广泛的应用价值，为此我国曾大量引进优良品种，但由于环境条件的差异，引种栽培存在局限性。近年来国内外对其引繁技术研究较多，对金合欢属植物已开展过的研究，从其分布、国内外引繁技术的研究进行了概述，重点分析了其繁殖技术的方法，包括种子繁殖、扦插繁殖和组织培养繁育，对其现状和存在问题进行归纳总结，并对今后金合欢属植物繁殖技术的研究重点进行了展望。 |

| Acacia as the drought-enduring plants is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions, especially in most types of Oceania and Africa. It's ecology and economy has extensive application value, so our country had tried to introduce a large number of introducing fine varieties, but due to the differences in environmental conditions, cultivation have limitations. Research situation in tissue culture technique of Acacia at home and abroad were summarized in this paper. This paper focused on the introduction and cultivation method of reproduction, including seed multiplication, rooting cuttings and tissue culture, and its current situation and existing problems are summarized and summed up . The key emphasis in work of Acacia in future were also suggested as well. |
