| 阐述和分析了我国椰子种植概况，椰子在种植以及加工过程中产生的废弃物资源的综合利用现状。其中，种植过程中产生的废弃物包括老椰子树树干、树根、枯萎的椰子叶，椰子花和落裂果，主要用于沼气制取、直燃发电尧、酿酒、药用和加工建筑材料等；加工过程中产生的废弃物包括椰子水、椰衣、椰壳和椰子粕，主要用于加工饮料、医药制品、活性炭、培养基和饲料等。针对我国椰子废弃物综合利用过程中存在的认识不足、开发程度不深和科研力度不够等问题进行了分析探讨，并提出相应的发展对策。 |

| First, an overview of the coconut planting and the comprehensive utilization of the waste from planting and process in
China was given. The waste from planting included the old tree stem, root, withered leaves, coconut flower and drop-cracking, and could use to make biogas, generate electricity, vintage, medicinal material and building materials; the waste from the process included coconut water, coir, shell and coconut cake, and could use to make beverage, medical product, active carbon, culture medium and feed. At last, the paper analyzed the problems of coconut waste utilization including weak awareness, low -level development, insufficient research investment and etc, put forward some matching countermeasures. |
