| 随着长沙市“两型社会”建设的不断发展，如何准确地对其进行科学评价已成为当前研究的热点。通过对“两型社会”内涵的深刻理解，以生态园林城市理论为指导，构建了一套含有4 个一级指标、11 个二级指标、33 个三级指标的“两型社会”评价指标体系，并采用综合指数法进行评价，为长沙市“两型社会”建设提供理论依据和参考。 |

| With the continuous development of Changsha city “Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Society”construction,
how to accurately carries on the scientific evaluation has become a hotspot of current research. The paper studied the content of“Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Society”with the guidance of ecological garden city theory, constructed a set evaluation index system of “Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Society”, including 4 first grade indexes, 11 second grade indexes and 33 third grade indexes on the comprehensive index method for evaluation, which might be important as theoretical basis and reference for “Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Society”construction in Changsha gity. |
