| 2014 年上半年，广东水稻生产发展总体维持稳定，在早稻播种面积继去年持续下滑的情况下，有望减播不减收。稻谷、大米价格稳定，随着稻谷最低收购价格的提升，稻强米弱的价格趋势难以改变。其中，广东水稻产业面临着农业灌溉设施老化、农户种粮低效益、自然灾害频发与生产成本较高的制约。今后需要进一步采取的措施包括院着力改善农田水利条件、提高农地利用效率、加大支农惠农力度、加强农业抗灾应对机制等。 |

| In the first half of 2014, the seeded area of the early season rice were continued slide. The total output of early season rice was excepted to mantain attritute to the high average temperature, long hours sunshine and early seedling time. Besides, due to the planting cost increasing, diseconomies of scale, crumbling infrastructure, wind and rats damage,
the second half of the rice development situation could have some pitfalls, to deal with these issues, agriculture policy and financial fund required to further cooperation. |
