      香花槐是一种耐旱树种,具有开花不结实、耐旱性强、根和茎萌蘖能力强等特点。香花槐植株繁殖方式有多种,其中无性繁殖与植株再生不受季节限制、繁殖速度快、效率高,是充分利用该树种优良特性的生物工程技术基础。为优化香花槐组织培养体系,综述各阶段研究方法和研究现状,重点分析组织培养过程中的主要问题和影响因素。
英文摘要:
      Robinia pseudoacacia cv. Idaho is a drought-tolerant tree species, with its flowers bloom but infertility, drought, root and stem strong sprouting ability. R. pseudoacacia cv. Idaho has multiple propagation methods. Its propagation and regeneration is not limited by the season, high speed and high efficiency of propagation, and is the fundamental biotechnology maintaining the tree爷s super characteristics. For optimal tissue culture system, this paper reviewed research methods and experimental status at all stages, focusing on key issues and influencing factors in tissue culture.
