| 农业环境样品渊土壤（植物、水产品、水体、底泥等）中三聚氰胺含量较低，且基体成分复杂，故样品前处理是三聚氰胺检测中不可缺的步骤，而色谱和色谱-质谱联用是目前普遍采用的三聚氰胺分析方法。从农业环境样品中三聚氰胺检测的前处理方法（酸碱提取、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取等）和分离检测技术（高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等）两方面进行综述，并展望其发展方向。 |
