      随着分子生物学研究的逐步深入,蛋白质组学已经成为了一种新的重要技术手段和方法。首先,综述了蛋白质组学的主要研究内容和常用技术包括双向凝胶电泳,质谱技术,蛋白芯片技术,酵母双杂交系统、生物信息学,总结了蛋白质组学在农业生物科研领域中的应用概况,介绍其在植物保护、农业制药,食品和畜牧兽医方面的应用。最后,对蛋白质组学在农业生物领域作了展望。

      As well as the understanding of molecular biology research, proteomics has been an important technique and an advanced approach and it includes well-established two dimensional gelelectrophoresis, advanced mass spectrometry, up-to-date protein chips, classic yeast two-hybrid system and well-recognized bioinformatics. This paper attempts toreview the current application of proteomics in the agrobiological research field, such as plant protection, agricultural drug discovery, food processing and animal health. Therefore, the latest progresses of proteomic application in agricultural research and our brief idea in perspective have been summarized in this review.
