| 脐橙的大小对其味道有重要影响，但人工分拣的方式存在随意性大、客观性不强等缺陷，为此设计了一种脐橙自动分拣及装箱系统，采用传感器对传送带上的脐橙进行大小判断后进入不同的通道的方法，达到了良好的分拣效果。并通过PLC对整个脐橙的供料、检测分级、纸箱供应、装箱等过程实现了自动控制，通过测试该系统降低了劳动强度，提高了效率、且排除了人工因素、产品质量得到了更好保证，为脐橙产业经济的发展提供了技术支持。 |

| The size of navel orange was important influence on the taste. But the manual sorting method has defects, such as large arbitrarily and poor objectivity. Therefore a kind of navel orange sorting and packing automatic system was proposed, and navel orange was sent to different channels after size judging by using the sensor, and achieved good effect. And the process of feeding, grading, carton supplying, packing was automatic control by PLC. The test results show that the system reduces the labor intensity, improves efficiency, and ruled out the artificial factors, the product quality has got better guarantee and provides technical support for the development of navel orange. |
